Anaboliset steroidit ja testosteroni

Anaboliset steroidit ovat testosteronin synteettisiä johdannaisia. Testosteroni on elimistön tärkein androgeeni, eli niin sanottu mieshormoni. Tässä tietoartikkelissa esitellään anabolisten ateroidien ja testosteronin vaikutusmekanismeista, käyttötarkoituksesta dopingaineena ja haittavaikutuksista.
